Team of the Week - Sunday 27th March

1. Annie Ní Lochlainn – The Glen ‘keeper put on a terrific show for Glen camogs against Bellaghy in the Feile at the weekend.

2. Ryan Taylor – Playing an influential role as sweeper Taylor helped Ogra in their Graham Cup success.

3. Shea McLaughlin - Was a vital cog in their defence as Limavady saw off Glack in Saturday’s Neil Carlin Cup semi-final.

4. Oisin McCloskey – The dual player had a solid game in defence as Banagher saw off Claudy at the weekend.

5. Emily McClenaghan – A sterling performance at centre back for Bellaghy U14 camogie team and managed to score a point herself.

6. Conleth McShane – Was the rock for Maghera in defence in their Brock Cup quarter-final win over St Colman’s Newry.

7. Ciaran McGlinchey – The former Slaughtmanus man excelled in defence at the weekend for his new club Limavady.

8. Richie Mullan - The Kevin Lynch’s youngster scored an impressive 1-9 as St Patrick’s Maghera won the Foresters Cup.

9. Eoin McGahon – The Derry panellist was impressive with a tally of 0-6 in their win over Coleraine last week.

10. Anthony O'Neill – Loup edged out Glen in the Larkin Cup semi-final and O’Neill scored 1-5.

11. Aaron Kerrigan – The Claudy marksman bagged 2-4 as Claudy defeated Coleraine in the Dr Kerlin Cup.

12. Shane McGuigan – The St Pat's forward is on fire at the minute with a 1-8 tally against Summerhill College including the late winner.

13. Francis Kearney – The Swatragh man stood up and was counted with the late penalty to get Maghera back from the dead.

14. Seamus Shivers - At the age of 48 Seamus Shivers is still tormenting defences but his 2-2 tally wasn’t enough to stop Ogra.

15. Stephen Devlin – In wet conditions on Saturday Devlin noticed 0-5 as Ogra Colmcille won the Graham Cup.

Team of the Week - Sun 20th March

Week 2 of our team of the week feature selected from all Derry GAA players.

1. Aaron McGuiness – The young Faughanvale ‘keeper put in a great performance in their James O’Hagan Cup clash with Ballerin.

2. Liam  Millar – Drum had an impressive defensive display against Sean Dolan’s and Liam Millar played liked a veteran at full back.
3. Fergal McIlvar - Held Dungannon MacRory star Cormac O'Hagan  scoreless from play in Sunday's Ulster league win over Coalisland.  His interception and pass setup Glenullin's late equaliser.
4. Keelan Feeney – Tasked with marking Bessbrook dangerman Liam Kerr the versatile Slaughtneil man held him to one score from play and limited the Armagh side’s attacking threat
5. Conor McCloskey – The tight-marking defender had a great game in defence for Derry minors against Tyrone on Saturday and on Sunday starred at midfield for Rossa minors.
6. Willie McGilligan – The Ballerin midfielder made some great catches in last week’s win over Faughanvale.
7. Oisin McCloskey – The Banagher man put in a big shift around the middle against Kildare in Sunday’s NHL game and finished with 1-1.
8. Patrick Kearney – Provided the bullets for Maghera’s dangerous attack in the MacRory Final and caught his fair share of kickouts as well.
9. Larry Kielt – Kilrea had great win over Bellaghy on Sunday and Larry Kielt was pulling the strings from midfield with catches and scores.
10. Ronan Young – The dangerous Magherafelt forward scored a staggering 5-5 as they beat Newbridge on Sunday.
11. Paddy Bradley – The Glenullin talisman scored 0-7 including the late winner in Sunday’s Ulster League final where he led the line to perfection.
12. Kevin O'Connor – In a high-scoring encounter with Craigbane O’Connor scored 1-11 as Foreglen advanced to the next round of the Kerlin Cup.
13. Niall Toner – The pacy inside forward scored 0-2 setup Derry’s two second half goals as they went down to Donegal in the U21 championship.
14. Shane McGuigan – The Slaughtneil man bagged 2-4 from play for St Pat's Maghera in a ruthless display of finishing, including a goal with this weaker right foot.
15. Francis Kearney – His early point settled Maghera and he went on to score a goal and set up another three as Maghera tore the Bessbrook defence to pieces.

1. Ruairi O'Mainian - The Slaughtneil hurling 'keeper made four crucial saves as the Emmets won both Feile games on Sunday morning.
2. Conor Shiels - St Colm's Draperstown went down to Dean Maguirc but the young defender has made a name for himself after a terrific campaign.
3. Guiseppe Lupari - Was the rock that Magherafelt built on in their Hughes/McElwee win over Loup.
4. Niall Keenan - The 'Dawson defender continues to shine with another impressive performance for Derry U21s.
5. Gareth McKinless -  The attacking wing back drove forward as Derry came back into Sunday's drawn game in Portlaoise.
6. Cathal Mulholland - Very impressive setting Glen attacks up from defence in their win over Ballinderry.
7. Caoilte McAlinden - The 'Screen man put in a standout performance for Derry U17 hurlers in their win over Armagh.
8. Tiernan McCloskey - Put in a great shift at midfield and scored 0-2 for Derry in their  NHL clash with London despite being on the losing team.
9. Shannagh Conwell - Craigbane ladies had a convincing win at the weekend and Conwell was involved in much of her team's play.
10. Christopher Maguire - 'Lofty' notched an impressive 1-4 as Greenlough beat Bellaghy on Saturday afternoon.
11. Christopher Bradley - 'Sammy' scored 2 goals as Derry pegged Laois back for a draw at the weekend.
12. Tomas Brady - Lined out at wing back but was everywhere in a fantastic performance that yielded 0-2 in the 'Quigan's win over Lissan.
13. Paddy Bradley - As Glenullin saw off Ballinderry in Friday night's Ulster League semi-final Bradley rattled over six points.
14. Niall Loughlin - A remarkable display of freetaking (0-9 including four '45's) pulled Derry U21s through against Antrim.
15. Niall McGonigle - The young Dungiven attacker bagged 3-2 as St Columb's Derry reached the last eight of the Corn Colmcille.
