A serious ankle injury to Daniel Bateson marred this lively encounter at Shamrock Park on Friday night.
The home side led 1-5 to 1-4 at half time, the goals were cracking efforts from Eoin Bradley and Coilin Devlin.
With ten minutes gone in the second half there was a lengthy stoppage as Daniel Bateson was stretchered off.
After this Glenullin took control, outscoring Ballinderry 0-6 to 0-2 in the final quarter to run out deserving winners.
