SMITH BACK ON BOARD IN DERRY

We expected Desertmartin's Brian Smith has returned as Chairman of Derry County Board after Monday night's AGM at Owenbeg.  Former Chairman John Keenan is the delegate to central council and is also back in another term in charge of Club Derry.

All the main positions are as they were with Patsy Mullan taking over from Michael O'Neill as coaching officer.

The post of cultural officer wasn't filled at the AGM and presumably it will be filled early in the new year.
